1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CyGOS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services provided.
2. Use of Services
Our services are designed to facilitate CMMC compliance assessments and remediation. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must not use the services to engage in any unlawful activity, including the unauthorized access of data not belonging to their organization. Any attempt to compromise the integrity of our platform will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and tools provided on the CyGOS platform are the intellectual property of CyGOS or our licensors and are protected by law. Your use does not grant you ownership of any content accessed.
5. Product Ownership & Data Sharing with Excentium
CyGOS is a product developed and operated by Excentium, a cybersecurity and CMMC consulting firm. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that information submitted through CyGOS — including organization details, compliance assessment data, and engagement information — may be accessed by Excentium analysts for the purpose of delivering compliance advisory services, reviewing your assessment posture, and supporting your path to CMMC certification. Excentium analysts are bound by confidentiality obligations and will handle your data in accordance with applicable federal regulations and this agreement.
6. CMMC Disclaimer
CyGOS provides tools and guidance to support CMMC compliance. However, we do not guarantee certification as final audit results are determined by authorized C3PAO assessors and the Department of War.
